This is Part 2 of a 3-part series on the Rwandan genocide. This episode follows the genocide from its first night to the fall of Kigali in July. It covers the interim government that directed the violence, the Interahamwe militias who carried it out, and the radio station RTLM that broadcast the names of people to be killed.
