You can find all the segments our traveling gardeners have already filmed on different continents of the world on our website: https://www.newsjardintv.com/planete-... Today, NewsJardinTV invites you to Perche-en-Nocé in the Orne region for a stroll that is both botanical and literary in the Jardins de la Jouvinière. Our guide is Patricia Bouchenot-Déchin, a historian and author with a passion for garden design (a leading expert on André Le Nôtre), who, assisted by her husband Vincent, has spent 20 years imagining, designing, planting, sculpting, and decorating 12 gardens. Each garden has a different theme, evoking stories that evoke a range of emotions, not to mention a touch of humor. La Jouvinière owes its name to Vincent's great-grandfather, General Georges Jouvin, who was born in the village in 1869 and acquired the property in 1921, planting the first trees and shrubs. From 1992 onwards, Patricia and Vincent continued the adventure, acquiring new plots of land, and in 2009 fully committed to developing the gardens as we admire them today.
