Outrageous! Big Balls Attackers Sentenced To No Jail Time?

Judge Kendra Briggs has allowed the two teens who jumped Edward Big Ball's Christine to avoid jail and sentence them to simple probation, stating her job is to rehabilitate, not to punish. When a Muslim is attacked, it's called Islamophobia. When a Jew is attacked, it's called. Anti-Semitism. When a black person is attacked, it's called racism. When a trans person is attacked, it's called transphobia. But when a white person is attacked, well, business as usual. Funny how that works, isn't it? See, double standards don't create justice. They destroy it. Kendra Briggs is practicing her racism. From the bench, and judges like her must be removed from office. They must not see the victims as i.e. black, white, purple, or orange. They must only see their crimes. In August 2025, 19-year-old former Dodge engineer, Edward, of course, Christine. Known as Big Balls, online for provocative posts, was severely beaten by two 15-year-old assailants during an attempted carjacking in a Washington, D.C. parking garage. Suffering facial injuries that required stitches, D.C. Superior Court Kendra Briggs sentenced both teens to simple probation after they pled guilty. Prioritizing juvenile rehabilitation over incarceration, a decision that has drawn sharp criticism for leniency amid rising D.C. violent crime rates, which hit a 40-year high in 2024 per the Metro Police Department data. The ruling amplifies the national debate on youth justice reforms. One could assume the assailants were African American. Because most crimes in D.C. are perpetrated by African Americans. But we'll never know, and we'll never know if they had prior legal infractions. Or if so, how many prior legal infractions they had. We'll never know if they break more laws in the future.
