James Kaufman, World News Report Today.
Gerald R. Ford Carrier Group transferred
from CENTCOM to Southern Command.
Trump's after 300 billion barrels plus of proven oil reserves.
The firepower around Venezuela has dramatically increased,
even though all the votes but two have been from Colombia, right?
The Pentagon announced today that it is sending
an aircraft carrier strike group to the waters of Latin America.
This strike group is being moved from the Middle East to just north.
...of Venezuela in the waters off the country.
This move will dramatically increase
the number of service members and ships
dedicated to Trump's quote-unquote war on drugs and drug cartels.
330 billion barrels of proven reserves.
Chief Pentagon Spokesman Sean Parnell's statement
In support of the President's directive to dismantle...
Transnational Criminal Organizations, or TCOs,
and counter-narco-terrorism in defense of the homeland,
the Secretary of War has directed
the Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group
and Embarked Carrier Airwings to the U.S. Southern Command,
U.S. South Com, Area of Responsibility, the Caribbean.
This is a huge move, folks.
They do have more oil than Saudi Arabia and Iraq put together.
This is part of that carrier group right here.
The enhanced U.S. force presence in the U.S. South Com area
of responsibility will bolster U.S. capacity to detect,
monitor, and disrupt.
Illicit actors and activities that compromise the safety
and prosperity of the United States homeland
and our security in the Western Hemisphere.
These forces will enhance and augment existing capabilities
to disrupt narcotic trafficking and degrade
and dismantle TCOs transnational.
Criminal organizations, CBS News reported, quote,
the USS Gerald R. Ford is the Navy's newest
and most advanced aircraft carrier.
Having been commissioned into service
in 2017 at more than 1,100 feet long
with a displacement of over 100,000 long tons,
the carrier is the largest in the world.
It's powered by two nuclear reactors
and can reach a top speed of around 34 to 35 miles an hour,
according to the Navy.
The carrier group will consist of the carrier itself,
along with its wing groups,
additional destroyers, frigates, and cruisers,
and most likely will have a nuclear sub attached to this strike group.
The carrier group will join eight U.S. vessels,
U.S. Navy vessels and Coast Guard vessels that are already in the
region, including three destroyers, one cruiser, a littoral combat ship,
an amphibious assault ship, and two transport ships.
This is going to happen
arrival early October to late October.
The Ford was deployed in the Mediterranean prior to this.
But, of course, I already told you all that.
The Middle East, right?
Unbelievable move.
News of the decision to send the U.S. carrier group to Latin America
comes after the U.S. launched yet another strike today,
which I have not covered yet, on another vessel,
only the second one coming from Venezuela,
allegedly operated by the Venezuelan gang,
Tren de Agua.
Like they got that on the radio, right?
That Hegseth said was trafficking drugs in the Caribbean.
Most of the hits, five, six out of the eight to nine,
have been in the Pacific, right?
They've been in the Pacific.
Remember that.
And compliments of RT,
I want y'all to actually see the USS Gerald Ford
and a couple of its strike groups in action.
What a bad Mom-Beat-Jombie.
Imagine the destroyers, frigates,
and cruisers associated with this strike group.
And the nuclear submarine.
Mmm.
Enjoy, folks.
God bless.
Please share.
Give us a thumbs up.
We're going the extra mile to find out about the strike group.
And hey, guys, we're about to be at war with...
Maybe. Venezuela, Colombia, and Mexico.
We'll have to wait and see. God bless you guys.

anything's possible in bizarro world.
