Scientists can imagine far more experiments than they can carry out.
Lila Sciences is connecting AI
to an autonomous laboratory accelerated by NVIDIA.
Here, a scientist's goal is to design a therapy
that uses a patient's own immune cells
to recognize and fight B-cell lymphoma.
First, scientific reasoning.
Lila Iris takes the scientist's goal and builds an experimental plan.
IRIS is built on NVIDIA NEMOTRON and NVIDIA Agent Toolkit.
Then the agents go to work in the Computational Dry Lab.
Using domain-specific models built with NVIDIA BioNeMo,
they can run millions of virtual experiments,
narrowing the candidates before testing them in the lab.
Those candidates move into the AI Science Factory.
Autonomous robots make and test them.
NVIDIA Isaac and Omniverse help develop
and simulate the robotic systems.
Jetson and Thor provide the compute.
The experiments measure how the candidates perform.
The experimental results go back to IRIS
and inform the next designs and experiments.
Then the loop begins again.
Each cycle gives scientists more evidence to build on.
Because behind every experiment is the hope of a new treatment.
