Holly, what an amazing day today and pretty amazing weather as well.
Yes, we have really great weather for today.
Now, tomorrow the weather is going to be kind of like, oh!
Because we got a little bit more, I'll say spooky.
The weather is going to be spooky for Halloween because we
are tracking a chance for some showers to kind of move through.
And this isn't just a little patch of showers.
This is scattered showers for majority of our day, guys.
So we will see a little bit of dry time,
but we also will have those showers that move through.
And in between, some cities may even dodge a little bit of that,
which we'll look at all of that on our Sky Vision in just a second.
But let's talk about the extra hour of sleep.
I should start with all of the good news.
news, right? The extra hour of sleep
that we will get really come Sunday morning.
Don't forget to set your clocks back an hour on Saturday night.
Daylight saving time is ending on Saturday night.
So we're really at 2 o'clock in the morning on Sunday.
It'll be 2 o'clock twice.
So we'll get that extra hour of sleep,
and that will make up for all the celebrating
that we've done for the entire week.
Now, looking at our temperatures here, we're right at 52 in Milwaukee
with our dew points at 46.
Visibilities are nice and clear,
and our pressure is nice and steady as well
with wind from the east at 5 miles per hour.
We've got very light winds for us tonight.
Looking at our temperatures here across.
Southeast Wisconsin.
What you're noticing here is that we have warmer temperatures
to our south, cooler temperatures to our north in the 40s.
We got lower 40s there. Take a peek at Sheboygan right at 41 degrees.
We got some areas about a 10 to 11 degrees warmer and that's Milwaukee
at 52, Burlington at 51. These areas that are inland like Madison
and Watertown will be dropping to the 40s as well.
Some areas by the lake may stay in the 50s for just
a little bit longer before we see some 40s in our area.
By early tomorrow morning.
Looking at our temperatures
and how they've changed over the last 24 hours,
we've kind of got a little bit of everything, right?
We've got some warmer weather here,
so Madison's trending about 8 degrees warmer
right now than they were 24 hours ago.
The same with Watertown.
About 8 degrees warmer, 10 degrees warmer in Burlington,
and then you got 8 degrees cooler in Sheboygan and then Milwaukee.
We're about 3 degrees cooler looking at temperatures
and how they trend throughout the night.
This is specifically for Milwaukee.
We will be trending in the 50s for majority of our night.
Some areas could dip to the 40s,
so especially surrounding the city of Milwaukee.
Looking at our satellite and radar and here comes the rain.
We're nice and dry for majority of southeast Wisconsin.
And a lot of the showers seem to be kind of fizzling out the closer.
Closer they get to southeast Wisconsin,
but we could see more of that rain to come in the forecast.
If not tonight, definitely tomorrow.
Let's look here on our Sky Vision Plus.
I'll let you know when it all ends.
So we go throughout tonight,
chance for scattered showers kind of continue heading into Saturday's
forecast. So some things start to get spooky
for our spooky season and Halloween, at least
we go throughout the day.
You see plenty of dry time in between these showers, not a ton of rain.
It's going to be dry at certain points of the day.
So you will get to do some of your
Halloween festivities.
However, as far as the trick or treating time, I know people
are wanting to know what's going to be happening.
Well, we could see some rain. It's just.
It's going to be a hit or miss exactly where that rain will fall.
So the best thing to do is to be prepared.
Have maybe a clear poncho so you're able
to show off your costume a little bit,
and you'll be A-OK.
Heading into Sunday's forecast,
maybe a couple sprinkles in the forecast,
but we're looking to be mostly cloudy for the day on Sunday.
And temperatures, they warm back up to the 60s here.
We keep it in the 60s as we start November,
and we stay in the 60s for really the first week of November.
Rain returns on Monday night into Tuesday, and then we continue.
From Tuesday to Thursday with more that rain.
So keep the umbrella close.
You definitely will need it.
But in the meantime, enjoy the festivities and celebrating
and the extra hour of sleep that we'll get all over the weekend.
