It's Over America! They Refused Her EBT Card For Her Nails And Eyebrowse!

James Kaufman, World News Report, today. Ladies and gentlemen, we've been hustled and hustled and hustled. I don't know how we were able to carry them on our backs this long. This lady is going to be short $100 on her rent because her nails and eyebrows, well, they wouldn't let her pay for it with her EBT card. What? You've got to be kidding me. See, I thought EBT cards or SNAP benefits were for nutritional needs. I didn't realize that even people at, well, nail salons and beauty salons were taking the card. I did finally realize that they were taking it at fast food restaurants and restaurants, which I think is very, very strange. But now they're trying to... Reduce the amount of sugar and snacks that these people are able to buy on their EBT card. And even worse, she wasn't able to charge her nails and her eyebrows that were done. And now she's going to be short on her rent because that's $100 that EBT, me and you, pay for every month. So just a PSA for anybody on EBT that has been paying for your nails, lashes, whatever it may be with your EBT card. You can no longer do that. No. I just went to go get my nails, lashes, and eyebrows done. Went to go swipe my EBT card and she tells me they no longer accept that. So not only are they taking away junk food, sugary drinks, they are giving us all a time limit with how long we can be on EBT. Now you can get your nails done with EBT. So I have to use cash, cash out of my pocket for my nails and eyebrows. So now I'm $100 short on my freaking rent that I'm supposed to pay today. They need to figure something out because this is not okay. So just a PSA for anybody on EBT that has been paying for your nails, lashes, whatever it may be with your EBT card. You can no longer do that. A public service announcement. Thank God we're no longer paying for your nails and your hair and your eyebrows and eyelashes to be done.
