A realistic day in the life as an American mom in Switzerland

Life abroad can look incredibly glamorous on the internet, but the reality is much more normal.

In this video I’m sharing a very average day in our life as an American family living in Geneva, Switzerland. Between school drop-offs, house admin, grocery runs, and prepping dinner, most days look surprisingly similar to life anywhere else.

Today also happens to be my husband’s 40th birthday, so we squeeze in a quick trip into town to pick up a special dessert before the afternoon chaos of kids, cooking, and getting everyone into bed.
