Water leak on a package unit in the winter?

We are here because the lady saw water in the bottom of her return. She has a package unit and return. It goes down through the floor down here. So we're going to investigate and see if she needs to call a plumber or something. I see standing water. I hear water dripping somewhere. It's the source of her water up there. I can hear it dripping.
