Diagnosing and changing a capacitor. No cooling in the middle of winter.

Alright, I know it's the middle of winter, but we're out on a no cooling call because yesterday this one was not cooling. I think we need to check the capacitor for somebody to get back here. something like that was the same holder, just I can't pull it as tight as the other one. Work right there.
