I mean, the point is, no party really wins election in Israel,
and even the majority
out of the 120 that the party ever won 61 seats,
it's your best position yourself to
form a coalition government.
And by the end of today or tomorrow,
we probably will see who got exactly, we know that at
At least at the moment.
The Netanyahu bloc is 53, the Eisenkot bloc 48,
and then around 18-19 members of Knesset
that represent mainly the Arab population,
the Palestinian citizens of Israel.
So that's where we are.
And the rest is basically plenty
of willing dealing into forming a coalition.
So this is an interesting process, political process.
So.
The results are published and then the president invites the head
or delegation from all the
parties for consultation
who they think he should assign with forming a coalition because
they think this person is most likely to form a coalition
and this person is given 28 days
per week.
Then if they succeed, they present this coalition, the new government.
If they fail, they can go back to the president
and ask for another 14 days.
If they succeed, again, introduce the new government to the Knesset.
If they fail, the president starts a new round of consultation
and might actually assign a different person for another 28 days.
And this fails, succeeds, goes in the government.
Enjoy the confidence of the Knesset,
and if it's not, then it goes back to the Knesset,
and the most likely outcome is a new election.
Anyone that has the support of 61
or a minority government without the objection of...
More than 61, which is, by the way, if you look at the result
right now, it's a possibility to form a minority, for instance,
to oppose Netanyahu, what we call the change or the correction block,
if they decide not to formally form a coalition with the Arab parties,
and they still decided for them the most important thing
is that Netanyahu won't be back in power.
And they can support from the outside.
So you have a minority that supports you,
but not enough to object it as a government.
