A search is underway for 57-year-old Randall Spivey and 33-year-old Brandon Billmaier, two fishermen whose boat was found running with nobody on board off the coast of Florida after their families had not heard back from them on Friday night.
The US Coast Guard crew discovered the boat at approximately 1:30 am on Saturday. “Crews located their [vessel] 70 mi. off Fort Myers. USCG crews are leading the search for the missing men currently.”

after their fishing boat was found unmanned off the Florida coast.

Lee County Sheriff Carmen Arceno identified
the missing men on Saturday with their photos.
57-year-old Randall Spivey, 6'1", 245,
and 33-year-old Brandon Billmer, 6'2", 250 pounds.
The two left early Friday morning for a fishing trip
on a 42-foot Freeman, pictured here, from their residence
at the 1500 block of Intracoastal Court in Fort Myers.
So these are very wealthy people
who have a home on the canals in Fort Myers.
Now, I know what you're thinking.
Older man, younger guy.
But that's not the situation here.
Bill Mayer's wife also shared a photo of the two on social media.
You can probably tell by the picture, but this is no ordinary boat.
This fishing rig is very, very expensive.
It's a million-dollar plus-plus setup.
What I find so wild is even
though the boat left at 7 a.m. or before 7 a.m.
and traveled at least 70 miles offshore,
The engines were still running
when the Coast Guard found the boat 18-plus hours later.
Air and service crews partnered agencies are searching for a
57-year-old male and 33-year-old male reported overdue Friday night,

in a Saturday X post with a photo of the boat.

Older and younger male relationship and perhaps a falling out
But the boat was owned by Mr. Bill Mayer, the younger of the two
And the older gentleman, Mr. Spivey, is his uncle by blood
so many questions remain. What happened to these two gentlemen?
Were they abducted by aliens?
