Eagles vs. Commanders: Why Philly Is the Best Bet This Week

They still seem like they can beat Washington, maybe not the offense of Dallas, but I don't know. I'm confused with what's happened to the defensive side of things for the Philadelphia Eagles. Yeah, I think for in watching the Eagles play, what I, what I look defense, I really can't speak to it because you're right. They just, but Dallas will make you look foolish sometimes. But what I see with the Eagles to me, Joe, I don't know about you. It doesn't seem like they're opening up the playbook for this quarterback. it doesn't seem like they're really you know going deep a lot and throwing crossing routes it just feels like everything is short but but let's summarize this game here for a minute let's take a step back you're telling me that Washington is almost a touchdown favorite in an NFL game the Washington Commanders are six six and a half five and a half i mean are you out of your mind taking Washington in a game this big a favorite i mean it was like taking Indianapolis over Tennessee when they were six and a half point favorites or whatever I mean come on like it's either Philly or nothing for me in this one it may Philly may end up being my favorite pick of the week by the time we get to the end of the week because look I I I thought a few weeks ago looking back at it that Washington was like a sneaky pick maybe to win the division but I don't think that anymore and they and to me a couple of receivers in the NFL to me that that don't get the credit that they should one is Nico Collins on Houston i feel like Nico Collins on Houston makes Houston go the other one is McLaurin on Washington i feel like he is a monster receiver for that team and and no one's even talking about him being out for the season like he is a great player so Stephon Diggs and what exactly and what running back exactly for Washington this is the same Washington team that couldn't even snap the ball to get a win a million times against the Giants you have to be out of your mind to lay this kind of number uh with the Washington Commander Joe what have they shown this this season to be like if you told me it was two and a half i'd be like okay i still may take Philadelphia in that spot but wow that that you you were right last week talking about that i i that that's a staggering number and i and i think it's one of those numbers too where even if Washington wins and covers i still would probably still be like okay, I still feel like Philly's the right side.
