See the event spaces, restaurant, and view at Mt. Nittany Overlook Event Center

The view. It's always the view. But then I'd like to think that it's the food. Yeah, we like the food. And the service is a close second. People are always happy when they come here. It's always a warm place that people really enjoy. This building is three floors of customer space. All three are currently being used for events, but we have the restaurant on the upper level. So that's turnkey, ready to go for a restaurant. And then, of course, we do our catering out of this space so we have our catering business as well as this building and the event center and potential restaurant space i think i will miss when we do an events how people are happy when they eat the food you know they're happy like oh this is you know kind of they get the whole experience so that's kind of what i'll miss just that the people out here in this area really want this place to be reopened as a restaurant yeah they love the building really want to come back to this place and are looking for someone to do that. And we get calls and emails all the time about it. And there's just a real emotional connection to this spot locally.
