No cooling, Compressor stuck

I think I just heard the compressor humming cause like cold air. I didn't have a hard start kit. Let's check our, yeah that's what I'm hearing. It's getting harder and harder to get down on my knees like this. That's seven 79.75 microfarad so that's good. Check across this. 140 microfarads. Not good. Last thing we need to do is go to the compressor. Make sure all my terminals are connected. make sure i don't have a burnt terminal or something and then oh my God does not appear that i got a burnt terminal show what i'm doing it's not tripping a breaker but i'm ohming to ground open lead open lead that's about one ohm that's common to start 0.56 start to run 1.50 those are really low readings that compressor should this is 410 system looks like 2012 so nine years old i can't shake the feeling there's something else going on though but i changed this compressor before i can pay 117 amps change out something else going on system we're about to find out
