New development planned to replicate Italy in North Texas

An Italian village in North Texas. Allie is already picturing it. That's the inspiration for it. for a new development coming to Prosper The town council approved zoning for the project last night. It's called the Marco. Video from the developer's website shows the vision, office retail, and residential buildings surrounded by a lagoon and a canal system. Cool. There will also be two hotels and entertainment venues. It'll cover nearly 150 acres near the Dallas North Tollway and Highway 380. It'll cost about $2 billion. Construction could begin by the end of the year. This reminds me of like Vegas where they create all these little, you know, kind of worlds around. It almost looks a little like Las Colinas because they do the gondola rides there. Yeah, the little Mediterranean tiles. I see it. Yeah, that looks good. So you can just, you know, hang out in the suburbs. There are definitely themes that you're starting to see pop up in the northern parts. You have the PGA Championship area where they've moved their headquarters. That's become its own little world. You have this. So yeah, whatever you like, you're gonna find it out there. I know.
