Workers unload the Red Cross aid sacks from a net and stack them in a cargo hold. They pile up the cartons in the cargo hold. Printing on some sacks states they contain 50 pounds of rolled oats. Officers stand on the deck and watch as the workers load the cargo. The Greek flag on the mast of the ship flutters in wind. The workers haul trolleys loaded with the sacks on the dock.
