Beneath Camden Market, one of London's most visited destinations, lies a hidden Victorian underground: cathedral-scale engine vaults built by Robert Stephenson in 1837, a labyrinth of horse tunnels where eight hundred animals once worked without ever seeing daylight, and the subterranean empire of what was once the world's largest drinks company.
