Always grateful for all of you that have also subscribed

as well as we're all growing this channel together.
So today we're going to dive into conversations around positivity
and having positive thoughts
and having a positive mindset
and why this is such an empowering topic and
Such an important topic for us to discuss
and for you out there to be mindful and understand
how your thoughts are creating a lot of your realities
and how you interpret things, how
you follow through, how you share information,
how you show up for yourself and for others.
And so when we're having this understanding that our mind,
right, our thoughts can
Can actually shift how we feel,
can shift what happens in our energy, what happens in
the frequency of our energy and our vibration,
how it can shift a room, right?
How it could change things around.
And so when we're thinking that our mind is just what we use to think,
we are wrong, right?
Because it's so much more than that.
And, you know, I know that there's
a lot out there where people like, oh, I can't be positive
all the time, or having positive thoughts
is impossible when, you know, we're in this
world where so much is going on, or, you know,
I'm in a really bad situation in my life right
now, so having positive thoughts is pointless,
like that's not true, and it feels like a
lie, and I'm going to say yes to everything.
Because...
That is true. Sometimes we are going through
a situation that it doesn't feel that having a
positive thought is going to get us out of that, that situation.
And, and I'm sure that that is
true to a certain extent. The thing is that the mindset
or the positive thoughts can either make
Make it better or make it worse.
And so when I'm working with clients who are actually trying to
help themselves with something physical, right,
some some kind of physical situation in their
body, some kind of, of whether it's disease,
or whether their body is aching, and they've got
aches and pains, or I'm always going to,
I'm always going to encourage you to have positive
thoughts, because having a negative thought,
it's just going to make matters worse. Right.
And this is it's so interesting,
because when women are birthing a baby,
It's typical that the woman is very aware, right?
And very mindful of how she is breathing, right?
So that the contractions that are coming in that are inevitable.
We're not going to be as painful
because of the way that she is breathing, right?
So it's encouraged for women that are birthing to breathe slowly and,
you know, long, deep
breaths, right?
Very calming breaths.
And it's.
Not about someone coming into the room and is like,
oh my God, like, you know, are you
in pain?
Like, oh, it's going to get worse, right?
You're going to get another one.
There's another contraction coming.
It's going to get worse and you're going
to feel worse and it's going to be terrible.
And instead, right, it's a very calming sensation
and it is encouraged for the mom to stay very
peaceful and calming and calm during her process of birthing.
And so when we're in this idea that having these thoughts that,
you know, the worst is here, right?
My body is aching, therefore somehow I'm going to go to the doctor
and they're going to tell me I have something terribly wrong with me
and I'm going to need surgery.
And when we're going through that thought process,
we're not helping ourselves to feel better.
Actually, you're making matters worse
because your pain could feel worse, or you could actually
start getting pain in different parts of your body, right?
Because our body responds to our thoughts.
And so for, for those of you out there
that have worked with me in the past, and for those
of you that haven't,
I will always remind you that everything starts with a thought
And then we add an emotion and then we
It becomes something real, right?
So if you have a thought, a good thought, right?
And a thought that you're going to get
a really good grade on that exam, or you're going to
get that job that you applied for,
you're going to get that raise that you've been waiting
for.
And you're having these thoughts that there's
this possibility that you're going to have
this.
And then you attach an emotion of excitement
and thrill and can't wait for the good news.
And
And it happens, right?
Because you're encouraging yourself to receive good news.
You're already telling the field, I'm ready to receive good news.
And even if you didn't,
you didn't get the grade that you wanted, or you didn't get the
job, or you didn't get the raise.
It's not going to break you.
It's going to remind you that there's still positivity, right?
I still had these positive thoughts and I had this positive,
positive emotion that I
attached to these thoughts.
Therefore, if I didn't get that opportunity,
it's because there's another one coming in.
Right. And that's the art of positivity, right?
That's the power of positive thinking is that
it's not that you're always going to get good things.
Or the thing is that what we think are
good things may not be the best things for us.
Anyway, we're just thinking that it's a good
thing. But there might be and there's usually I want
to say 100% of the time, it's because
Because something better is coming.
But then that's a positive thought too, right?
If you believe that you are doomed somehow
and that only bad things happen to you, then
you're right and that's how you're going to live a life.
Is that feeling like, wow,
I don't get a break because I'm constantly thinking that something
bad is going to happen and then I'm right.
And so I'm going to ask you to step back
and be curious for a moment if maybe you're the
reason why things don't work out for you.
And why your negative thoughts, right,
and being so pessimistic all the time is the reason
why a lot of things happen or come your way
and then you watch the people around you wondering
You wonder why is it that they're not going through all
of these things that I'm constantly
going through?
Well, maybe if you look at it or assess the situation,
maybe they have a different mindset,
a more positive way of thinking about things rather than looking
at the negative all the
time.
I'm going to take this a step further because I have,
again, worked with many clients throughout
the years.
I can tell you firsthand that people
who had this positivity and this positive ray of light
and bringing in positive conversations to other people
and live a very positive mindset
within their own life are typically the people
that do have we're going to call it good luck
right because some people think it's luck right
with this good fortune this good luck
But the reality is, is that when you are having these positive thoughts
and you're encouraging
others to do the same,
it's within your own alignment that you are feeling that good things
are always going to show up in your life
and you are open and ready to receive and celebrate
all the good things that are showing up in your life.
And the contrary is true also, because then I've worked,
like I said earlier, I've worked
with so many people that are in that pessimistic mindset
and in that negativity.
And sadly, they do get ill all the time,
like they do become sick people, and they have sick,
their bodies become very, very deteriorated, very sickly.
And they're expecting for something else
to come in, right to have another disease
or to have another mishap of something negative
happening or to, you know, they're constantly on the lookout.
As a matter of fact, they wake up,
Let me think about what in my body aches today, right?
That's a thought process.
Like what, what is it that I'm not,
I'm not feeling healthy today or I sneezed or, you
know, oh, my body aches, you know,
as I'm getting down and I'm putting my feet on the
floor or, you know, what, what isn't working for me today, right?
I know it's not going to be a good day because it's cloudy out.
It looks like it's going to rain.
Or if you live up north, it's one of those snowy days
and you're probably just going
to get snowed in and not be able to go to work and get things done.
And
You get the gist of what these conversations are sounding like
and what I have seen is that
these people tend to be the ones that get sick the most often
or stay sick all the time and
Sadly, because what you're actually doing is that you are turning in.
That you're turning in on your body,
what is happening is that you are breaking down
your body to have no other choice but to feel sick
or to feel weak or to feel debilitated
or to catch that next cold or to have that next headache, right?
And because you're encouraging more of the same, right?
Which is what we do, whatever we put out, we receive.
And if you're putting out this constant negativity,
then you are going to constantly
be receiving negativity, bad news, something is always up,
something is always going to show up
to remind you that you are right.
And that all of these negative thoughts are piling on
more negativity in your life. And so imagine
For that person who has been diagnosed with something
and they're believing, you know,
I'm going to get through this.
I know that it showed up in my body
and I'm going to be able to heal this and I'm going
to go to the best doctors and they're going
to give me the best prescriptions and the
best medication and I'm going to have the best treatment
and I'm going to fight this
and I'm going to win the battle against whatever it
is that my body is experiencing right now,
right?
I'm going to come out of this healthy.
Whole. And I'm going to continue to have a beautiful life, right?
Versus the person that
is like counting the days because what I have is going to kill me
and I'm not going to come out of
this. And I know it's just going to get worse.
And the doctors are going to misdiagnose me and
give me the wrong medication and the wrong treatment.
And therefore I am not going to
to survive this.
And I, you know, I need to start telling everybody, right, because
that's the other thing is, and then we start reporting it to everybody.
And I, you know, you all have seen this stuff,
you know, posted on Facebook and on Instagram,
and people are telling you how horrible their life is going. And
They just announced it literally to the world, right?
So there's really no chance
when the person is going down that road of negativity and
darkness, right?
Because there's no light in negativity.
There is no light and we are all beings of light.
We shine so bright and the more laughter we have in our lives,
the more fun, the more
playfulness, the more...
The more we allow ourselves to have fun
and feel joyfulness and be happy and smile and
tell jokes and celebrate with expressions of love and kindness,
all of that is going
to help you be that person that is healed,
that is happy, that is whole, that whatever
you get, you know you're going to overcome.
And you're going to come out healthy and you're
going to come out happy and you're going
to come, you're going to come out whole from this experience.
And so when that is the way that you show up in life,
then whatever comes your way,
you know that you will come out well, right?
And that's the positivity.
That's the encouragement and then and then
because you are that person when somebody has
something that is not going
so well in their lives you're going to be that person that's
going to bring that encouragement
and the courage right for them to go through this
in a happy whole way without it deteriorating them
or breaking them down.
So that the positivity is really what
is culminating in their healing, right?
Because positivity and laughter,
there's a whole therapy around laughter and watching
funny movies and helping people heal by having fun, right?
And by connecting to things that bring them joy
and happiness and laughter.
So there's so much science backing this up that positivity
and having positive thoughts
and having a positive attitude is always going
to be so much more helpful for the person
that is trying to feel healthy
and trying to stay healthy and is overcoming something.
Right. And this can also happen
when we're going through something personal in our own lives. Right.
It doesn't have to necessarily just be because we're sick
or we're feeling or being diagnosed with some disease
or it can also be how we are going through.
Thank you.
The tragedy, right, of losing someone we love,
right, and of course it's always so saddening
to lose a loved one and someone that was special in our lives,
right, but the idea of remembering
the laughter that you shared with them,
the special moments that brought you joy, the
happiness that you had them for as long as you had them in your life.
It's so much more different than the person
that is looking at it as they're not in my
life anymore.
And of course, we all were always going to miss these people, right?
But we're always going to have them in our hearts,
how we remember them, not for how
they ended their life or, or seeing them,
you know, those last moments at the hospital
...or the last moments in hospice or actually seeing them in...
Um, you know, when, when, you know, at,
at, at their, at their death, right.
Or, or on their deathbed, right.
That's not the idea.
And a lot of times that's what we remember, right.
Or that's what negative thoughts take us to remember them.
Um,
In that moment, right or or or that way
and I'm going to invite you all to remember those people
that were and are so special in your life that have crossed over
and have left us and are in
peace right wherever they're at right now
and remembering them from this place of laughter
and joy because if you were to have a conversation with them,
that's how they would want you to
I want you to remember them.
It's being silly, it's when you were growing up together,
all of the fun things that you
guys enjoyed, and all of the expressions of love
that you got to exchange with that person.
And so I know for me, it's been,
I lost my cousin who's like my sister back in March
of this year, and we lost her to ALS.
Yes.
and it was difficult to see her in the last two years fighting
for her life and just deteriorating
and she was always such a funny happy happy-go-lucky like she
was great with my kids and
just such a fun cousin sister right that i had growing up and i have
chosen right to see her in that light and to continue to remember her
You know, being funny and being the life of the party
and bringing people together and
being so joyful and so funny and fun
and the music that she loved to play.
And so, again, the memory is of all the good times
and the positivity that she brought
and all the light that she brought to me
and to my family rather than remembering her.
And how she, you know,
how she struggled the last two years of her life.
That is not the memory in my mind.
That is not the attitude.
She would be mad at me today.
I know she would be mad at me today if that's how I remembered her.
And so I'm sharing this with all of you
because this is your opportunity to make light and
bring light into all of the areas and aspects of your life,
whether it's your physical body,
Whether it's, you know, you're struggling through a separation
or a divorce or challenged with one of your children
or with your family of origin, battles, you know,
a lot of times there's a lot of conflict within families
and just really stay in that energy of joy, of laughter,
of peace, of positivity and know and know that this
This too shall pass, like they say, right?
This will get better.
It always does.
But it's also how soon do you want it to get better?
And I feel like that's the time frame, right?
And that's where our positive mind
and positive thoughts and positive energy will help to
push it along so that it happens sooner
and we have better outcomes sooner than it dragging
out because of our negativity and our negative thoughts
and negative emotions and negative
energy.
So I hope this has been helpful and I am encouraging
and inviting you all to stay very positive
in your mind and your thoughts,
to be the healer of your life by staying positive, right?
Have that positive attitude, be the light,
bring in light into everything that you do,
everything, all the conversations you have, make light of it, right?
And see the positive and see,
and I can't wait to hear all of the wonderful stories
because I know that staying in a positive mindset.
a positive outlook, you will have very,
very positive outcomes and great stories to share
with the group.
So I'm leaving you all that with all of that today
and so grateful once again for you tuning
in and sending you all off with so much love
and so much positivity and light and see you
on the next one.
Thank you.
