Tenants said that nothing worked. The gas was locked off. And the breaker was turned off to the condenser. Plus the condenser was in horrible shape. The disconnect was burnt and warped, and the contactor was burnt. Plus, the condenser was extremely dirty, and the capacitor was weak.
