Today I want to share with you the most amazing recipe ever! This is roast ajika spiced chicken. It is so good, juicy and full of flavour. I absolutely love it. This succulent roast chicken is a must holiday dish. Whether you’re hosting a small dinner party or cooking for the whole extended family, a roast chicken is one of the easiest dishes to make. That said, while many people learned to cook their chicken with onions and vegetables in a roasting pan, I like to surprise guests by adding something unique—and it always gets compliments.
I collaborated with Ajika and created this amazing chicken dish full of flavour and served it with colourful mediteranian vegetalbles. I also made my favourite cucumber and tomato salad topped with sour cream and ajika. It is Lovingly made, based on a generation-old family recipe, using only the best quality natural ingredients, their products can be enjoyed as a meat or chicken rub, a marinade for fish, blended with natural yoghurt, hummus or soured cream, as a base ingredient for curries, soups and pasta sauces, or even as a salad dressing if loosened with oil or water. Their wealth of applications makes the range extremely versatile in every sense of the word, and their superb taste and manageable heat, will just leave you wanting more.

Welcome
to my channel
Alla's Yummy Food.
Today I'm really excited
because I'm making an awesome video for you guys.
Something very different and maybe a little bit spicy.
I've collaborated with Ajika
which is really really cute spicy jars and it's basically
like herb and chili paste.
It's so so good guys.
They've got different variations of medium
to really spicy to extra hot if you can handle
it of course.
of a you know how to say
this I can't handle extremely spicy food however my
sister and her boyfriend absolutely love spicy food
so I'll be using the Ajikas
in different sort of variations that I want
to show you my favorite chicken
recipe what's really really interesting
is that Ajika has originated from a
small place called Abkhazia
which is on the Caucasus between the Caucasus
mountains and Black Sea
and from their language it's basically like salt and
pepper so you don't need to add any more spices when you're going to be
marinating your chicken in the Ajika spice
so which makes your job super easy
especially if you're busy all you want
to do is put some rub on top put it in
the oven voila your dinner is ready
and what I also love about these little
adjika jars is that you can use it
in anything you can put a little bit into
your mayo spice it up you can put it
in hummus you can put it into salad so
today I'm gonna do obviously that juicy chicken
which is a little bit spicy with
salad tomato and cucumber
and sour cream so you guys very excited to try this
and I'm very excited to collaborate
with these guys they're a home sort of small
business and yeah make sure you check
their products out I'll leave their
website down below so if you wanted
to check out or get some for yourself
especially if you like spicy food
and you're bored of the chili stuff and you
want something else a bit more flavor
a bit more you know that kind of feeling
then check them out guys now let's get started
in a large bowl add your chicken
legs you can use any chicken you like
you can use thighs or just legs or the
entire chicken I'm using the mildest version of a zhika you can use the
spiciest one if you wish it's completely up
to you the red one goes really really
well and we will need about one large tablespoon
of course you can use more or
less it's completely up to you
then add that to your chicken and rub it in
really really well with your hands rub it all over
the chicken skin and on the
other side as well I really love
this because I don't need to worry about any
other spices salt or pepper
this is a perfect combination of everything you
need to spice up your food
and make it really delicious once you've finished with
your entire chicken you can leave it
to marinate for a little bit or you can go
and bake it straight away next take
a baking dish cover it in foil and add any
vegetables of your choice I'm using some
Mediterranean vegetables I've got some
zucchini some peppers red onion
and yellow peppers and cherry tomatoes this
combination goes really really well
and it's so colorful and makes you really
hungry so place your chicken onto
the tray onto your vegetables this way all
the chicken juices will go onto
your veggies as well as the fat from the
chicken which is so yummy and we're gonna bake this for about 40 to 45
minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius
or 350 Fahrenheit just look at
these beautiful colors I promise you as well that your house will smell
absolutely delicious guys and girls I have my recipe on my website at
aliceyummyfood.com you'll find full ingredients
and also directions on how
to make this and also you'll be able
to find loads of other recipes that I do
for my channel and just click through click
on the picture and you'll be able
to see the whole video with the directions and the full recipe in
English and Russian languages next we're going
to make our Russian salad so take
your cucumbers tomatoes and dill
and chop it off nice and fine and we're
gonna add everything into a large bowl
so I'm going to be using the spicier
adjika for this one the red one
but the green one goes really really well as
well so it's up to you guys depending
on how much spiciness you like in your life
so add all your veggies together
this is one of my favorite salads to eat in
spring and summer
or pretty much any time of the year it's totally a staple
food in my country as well
and then we're gonna add the sour cream in a bowl
together with adjika I'm only using one teaspoon
of adjika chili and herb paste
but again like I said feel free to use more
or less and then really easy you
just put that into your sour cream
and mix everything together until it becomes
nice and smooth and you'll see
that the color will change from white to sort of
like pinkish which I really like
and you can do loads of sauces with this you
can use mayo or hummus like I said anything else
then just add that to your
salad and mix everything together until it is combined
and you will see the
beautiful salad is done
so we're just gonna set that aside and check on our
delicious juicy chicken oh my god guys it smells
so good in my house I can't
even describe this look at that crispy skin oh
my god juicy chicken all those
juices from vegetables
and chicken coming together smelling so good this is
such an easy dinner guys
to plate it just use all the veggies that you've
roasted your chicken in so it kind
of makes your presentation easy just put
them on a plate and then drop your chicken right in the middle and this
this dish serves four people
or maybe two really hungry ones it's completely
up to you so yeah guys I really really hope you enjoyed
