Talking to Jimmy Dale, who races these and puts these little gangsters races on all the time, he said there's all bears in this class except for me, a little cub, a little cub and the bears. But we're going to do our best, see what we can do. For us, like he just said, if Jimmy's driving or a lot of these guys, they'll dial these things in to go a 527, 528. That way they have some at the end to play with. We call it playing offense and playing defense. You hear the defeatist voice? What they're showing us now is the way they make this car go 530s is basically it's on a traction control the whole time. Take the traction control all the way off, it's probably a 5.0 car. So if you look at this, we run it a little bit hot, and I think this tune-up will probably go like a 507, 508, somewhere in there. but with the traction control he lets off with a button it starts immediately pulling timing and then as it gets getting faster out here it starts pulling more and more timing so that's why the car sounds it's because it's just yanking timing out of it running and to keep the drive shaft to keep the drive shaft plot where it's at and it's i mean a lot of people are like oh y'all can't run the drive shaft curve and this and that the truth is me and Tom probably make on a good weekend 10 passes 11 passes a weekend and we do it every single weekend you know what i mean 52 weeks It works, it works. We're racing, so at this point we've got enough data that our curb is really, really tight no matter where we go. That's awesome, that's awesome. That's pretty cool when you're doing these classes, and there's a lot of these cars that are a lot faster than 530 that they're dumbing them down to do this. Yeah, it's like Troy was saying last night, little gangsters, it's different than most index racing because everybody's set up different. Some people go 1.1, 60 foot. Some people may go 130. We go 131, 132 to the 60 foot, and then 140 miles an hour out the back door. So like last night Troy was out on you what three cars probably and then you ran him right up next to it Yeah, so it every body's. I think that's what makes it most of the more exciting.
