Wilson cruises to 9-2 victory over Jones in NI Open Championship final

Well, that's really going to annoy him. Oh, goodness, that really did open up the brain for him. The sort of chance he needed, but he played the final shot. His final shot, because he must be thinking that or wondering. He did. Jack Jones clearly had to make a good start tonight, and he just couldn't. He was in here, and it went wrong very quickly. Yes, and 6-2 was always going to be hard to come back from. This afternoon, Kyra Wilson was exceptional. So after eight days, this is Championship ball. Fourth century in this final. The red will not drop. Wilson is the Northern Ireland Open champion. A one-sided final. He made three centuries. Utterly dominated. He's beaten Jack Jones by nine frames to two. He wins his 11th world ranking title and gets his hands once again on the Alex Higgins trophy.
