An Atheist Boy's Only Hope is an Ancient Ritual | Rite of the Shaman (2022)

Kai, a self-proclaimed atheist high school student, is struggling to cope with his mother's devastating cancer diagnosis. Feeling lost and powerless, he meets Wren, a mysterious new classmate who introduces him to the spiritual world of his Native American ancestors, a path he has long rejected. Guided by visions and a desperate hope, Kai must confront his deep-seated skepticism and family conflicts. He begins a difficult journey to train as a shaman, believing a sacred healing ritual is the only way to save his mother's life.
