We've come to Calais to find out what's changed since
the police dismantled what was then known
as the big jungle migrant camp here on the outskirts of the city.
That was 10 years ago. There were thousands of people living here then.
There was a mosque, a church, a library inside the camp.
Today, there's absolutely nothing left.
The area, as you can see behind me, is a kind of nature reserve now.
but there are dozens of smaller jungle camps
which are kind of scattered across
a wider area of the northern French
coastline police here in France they
continue to dismantle those camps but that has not slowed the number of
migrants who are coming here
and have that same dream they want to cross the
channel and reach the UK
