The White Hole Card Trick - Revealed

Hello again everybody. Okay for this trick I'm going to be using two gimmick cards. Don't go anywhere yet. This trick was on Tim Clark Magic's channel. He only has about 40 views and he does a tutorial on the trick. I want to show it to you and then I want you to go check him out. We want a spectator to pick a card. We're going to show the cards face up. Let's say they want the three of diamonds. Okay we're going to have them place the three of diamonds on top of the deck three of diamonds is on top and we're going to give the deck a cut and take the three of diamonds and we're going to slide three of diamonds down and take the three and put it right in the middle of the deck right here now we'll cut these cards so we can really get the three lost in the deck you like that one okay now we're going to take this first magic card and put it right on the top and then the card with the hole the magic white card with the hole put that on top these cards are going to help locate the spectator's card all we need to do is just hold on to the cards and then give it a little bit of a wave and magically the three of diamonds spectator's card appears between the two cards so how is this trick done well there are more than two gimmick cards is the third one right over here and it starts out on top of the deck so that's why i have the deck this way because there are too many angles where you can see that hole so you have them select the card any card they want let's say it's the queen of spades you get it on the top by slapping it down like that there's no question you can even flip it over quickly and show it to them oh you saw that you want to just get it on the top of the deck and then you can just show them that the queen is on top of the deck and then what you want to do is you want to make a little break a thumb break at the bottom because you're going to do a swivel cut and then you're going to out jog their card and as you're turning it over before you turn it over you're going to drop this card right on there and then flip it over now you're going to slide the queen down and it looks like you're sliding it on top but you're actually sliding it in front of this card and then it looks like you're taking the queen putting it in here now you're burying the whole thing right in the middle over here now what you're doing is you're making a little break right over here because you have the gimmick card and the queen is on top so you have a little pinky break right there and you set your first double-sided blank card right on top and you take your other blank card with the hole and you lift all four cards off one two three four all four cards off the deck just like that and then you hold it on the corners just like this now what Tim does is he actually flips it over this way when he's spinning what i like um to do and i think it's cool is to actually push down with this finger because then you can keep your hands like this and push down when you or either way turn it over like that or or spin it like that but as you're shaking you spin it and then the card flips over put the cards down on the deck take off your first gimmick show them the queen and then this card and be careful because as you pull this one off you don't want them to see the hole in the next card so you want to just cut the cards and there you go so that's it pretty pretty neat little effect if you don't mind gimmick cards or if you got nothing better to do and right now I'm going a little crazy watching all of your entries in the latest video contest so I needed something to make me happy that's it good luck to everybody see you next time
