Danny, what's going on, brother? What are you doing out here today, bro? Man, I'm in L.A. just enjoying the weather, honestly. Man, you got the diamonds going crazy. The DM, Danny, I love that, man. You got the ears, too. Man, you iced out today, bro. It's getting chilly on Rodeo, man. So what's going on? What are you up to? I know you do a lot of work with a lot of celebrities. Are you out here with Bad Baby? What's going on? Yeah, well, you know, she's definitely out here. But just getting used to the Los Angeles real estate. a lot of my clients live out here as well okay and i think i'm gonna end up transferring my license down here as well and start selling houses so really so now are you gonna do both miami and la or how does that work i would say the goal is miami la and new york okay so the triple threat yes sir oh man that's crazy what's the most you ever sold a house for uh around 11 million damn so i heard it's really hard to get into real estate because isn't there a long period where you don't make any money at first where it's tough Yeah, for sure. But a lot of people look for the instant gratification. You just got to stay consistent. And that's the thing in business. OK, so is that the key? Is that the key? That's the key. And network, because I don't know how I ended up with all of these kind of clients. But right now, your network is your net worth. Now, let's know you got a crazy roster. So we got Bad Baby, Blue Face. I saw Jack Doherty. Yeah. NLE Choppa, DaBaby, Migos. Is there anybody you want to work with or haven't worked with yet? yeah i mean honestly i want to i want to work with uh with drake i know that he owns a lot of real estate also Rick Ross owns a lot of real estate in Miami so really him too you know we'll get there we'll get there you know okay the boss i love that man Drake is the goat too that would be so dope if you could get with Drake man i love Drake i was actually supposed to get him a house for short-term rentals uh top three called me and he was like uh Drake needed a house this was like last year but okay what are you gonna do if Kendrick Lamar calls you oh we're going so what new projects are you working on out here yeah I mean right now I actually just met with a partner of mine that has a bunch of luxury homes in the hills really so just touring these houses getting the feel for the real estate down here and then okay kind of see where things go okay does someone have to be a celebrity to get to hire you do you only take celebrity not at all not at all it's just my niche you know it's a lot of the clientele that came it was like honestly a snowball effect but really it's not the goal you know anybody that needs a house you know i'm happy to help out i love that i love that the housing is crazy in LA i mean even a shack is like a million dollars crazy man it's perfect it's perfect and it's so easy to sell the views on the hills like it's literally not it's like so easy to sell you know you ever watch Selling Sunset? I did that's actually what got me into real estate that's the funny part really shut up are you serious i'm serious what that is crazy yeah no i've i've shot all of them a bunch of times Jason Oppenheim super super cool guy yeah he's great also too you ever watch Million Dollar Listing with uh Josh Altman yep josh altman's the man yes super super super cool guy every time i see him him and his brother are really really cool love those guys super cool man i would love to tap in with them you know um but yeah the real the real estate down here is really really uh it's it's perfect i love it and i love the weather too it's nice out it's beautiful i know miami gets a little humid yeah like you walk outside and you're just sweating right off the bat yeah miami's all humidity you sweat through your suit you know down here literally it's perfect it's like basketball weather i know i know so one last question man i know you got to go but uh what did you think about Jack Doherty knocking out uh Island Boy it's funny Island Boy and they're both my clients So Island Boy is the one that was like Danny come to the fight and so was Jack Before he did the fight.
