So this is a slightly different color palette for me. Normally I don't use so much white or tan but WOW. I am loving the end result. This was sort of a test to see how the colors would turn out so I can hopefully do another piece as a gift.
I just recently purchased some Jo Sonja's paint and am trying it out in this color palette. A few shades of blue-ish gray that are absolutely beautiful, a couple of shades of pewter that I mixed, and some white and a very light tan. I ended up not liking the darkest color very much, so I tilted most of it off of the circle, and then left it out of the smaller piece.
Overall I love the striations that I was able to get in each piece, and the gradient from a lighter palette to darker.
