Hey guys, it's Moxie Patty. How are you?
Agringo is going to be playing a bass melody for Street Fighter 2.
Originally, it's a fighting game
that was developed by Capcom and other.
And the original arcade was released in 1991.
But the actual Street Fighter was originally released in 87.
And some of the melodies on here is interesting.
You know, all the original older games, they really have great themes.
um one of them that i like is by halo halo theme song
was originally um done by um marty marty um
o'donnell and michael salvator i think that was released in 2002
and um i'm still doing my bass
just let you know i just uh just took a little time off
but when um one of the things that my
bass teacher told me is a few things that you have
to uh you know listen to you got to be
consistent uh with the actual melody you got
to do the timing you can't hold the notes too long
and then you definitely have
to have you know you make sure there's you know uh the tone is correct
you know you're on the right uh keys
and the spacing you know so you got to have to make sure
that that um a good bassist would know that you know
the song needs to breathe and the most
important thing he said was to have
the right attitude you know if you're going to play you
know the bass um all that i feel
is is a great factor especially like the last one and just be
consistent so let's check out this bass melody here we go guys
I
love
the
fact
that
it's
very
smooth
she
goes
up
you
know
the
neck
of
the
guitar
is
great
I
don't
have a problem doing that I love
the way she slapped you know I can't even slap the guitar
but she actually made uh you know this uh bass
line very enjoyable and um very smooth very simple
and by the way Street Fighter 2 took two years to develop
and it's it's it's really you know good
um I was actually thinking about um bringing
that and starting to play that again and um after this
I'm telling you I enjoyed
that bass melody phenomenal I wish I can play like her I'm still
in like the first stages where I have to tell
my right you know my right hand and my left hand to
work together but you know I guess that comes with time
because everybody keeps saying that
