Elon Musk has poured $276 million into Republican groups and his own super PAC since July, making him the biggest known donor of the midterms, while Republicans have blocked efforts to subpoena records involving his companies' government contracts. Meanwhile, Musk and his PAC have agreed to settle two fraud lawsuits over their 2024 million-dollar voter giveaway, denying wrongdoing as the settlement terms remain undisclosed. Musk also says the U.S. government and ultimately President Trump control restrictions on Ukraine's Starshield terminals, although an administration official denies Trump requested the slowdown. And somehow, amid all of this, Musk found time to demonstrate a Tesla Roadster driving upside down and performing a kickflip. Ring of Fire's Josh G. explains.
