you look old make you look depressed make you look um sad all the ******* time a lot of y'all um ask me a lot of you ladies a lot of y'all um y'all say chanel your skin your skin is so pretty you're always glowing what is your what is your skincare routine sis how do you get your skin so smooth and so pretty it's and then so it's just glowing all the time what's your secret what's my secret bitch i don't have no trifling toxic motherfuckers stressing me out i don't have a toxic man getting on my nerves i don't have no toxic family members gossiping well they probably gossiping but they not around me they not in my home they not ringing my phone they on their side of the fence where the **** they should be far away from me the point is this a narcissist will age you i don't care what position the narcissist holds in your life whether it's a family member whether it's your toxic mama your toxic father your siblings uh your best friend who you find out later is a fake friend or your lover your baby daddy baby mama your husband wife whoever the narcissist job is to ******* drain you so what do you think is going to happen as you allow this individual to constantly stress you the **** out on a consistent basis you know they deprive you of sleep sleep deprivation starting arguments gaslighting crazy making deflecting lying falsely accusing you of doing ---- that they're really doing what do you think is going to happen over time that ----'s going to wear you the **** down yeah uh you're going to have eczema or acne your skin's going to break out it's going to flare from the stress yeah your hair is going to fall out your edges your edges are going to thin out bitch what you're either going to gain weight because you're an emotional eater like me i eat when people stress me out and i gain weight that's why i was able to lose a hundred pounds over the last seven months because i got rid of everybody when you get rid of everybody and you isolate yourself then you can focus on on getting yourself together okay so at the end of the day the narcissist is is like a parasite sucking the **** out of you sucking the life out of you you start to look older than your than your actual age yeah you look you look more old elderly your hair is falling out bags under your ******* eyes you know what do they call the frown the frown lines you just you just you you look sickly when you with these motherfuckers you don't look healthy you want to know why because they're not healthy they're not in a good place spiritually emotionally physically so it's like they're transferring their toxic energy into your body see when we talk about stds and i'm not talking about sexually transmitted diseases let me let me take it to another level i'm talking about spiritually spiritually transmitted diseases when they transmit demons demonic energy into your vagina or fellas you hitting that dirty pussy that pussy's contaminated with demonic energy they're transferring that into your womb ladies this is why we get fibroids ovarian cancer you know uh miscarriages that sperm be toxic the dick be toxic they're and they're pushing nasty spiritual energy into your womb your body is reacting negatively to to their toxic energy that ---- is real this type of abuse will age you but it's funny the moment you break up not the moment let me let me okay you got to break up first and you got to begin your healing let me just reiterate the moment you really focus on your healing you've set boundaries you've made it impossible for the narcissist to get through to get to you and you're really concentrating on your healing your therapy and glowing up and getting back on track oh your skin will definitely start glowing oh your edges will start growing in your health will start to improve i promise it will y'all got to understand if you're in a relationship with a demon what do you expect you you you're not going to glow you're going to deteriorate so yes being with someone that toxic that demonic that evil will age you will make you look older than what you should be but when you get out of that situation and you get closer to god and you start loving yourself you start taking care of yourself mentally spiritually physically you will be rejuvenated you will be beautifully restored your skin will start glowing you'll smile you'll laugh that is my beauty secret y'all be like what do you do to your skin i'm old school okay i might buy Ponds cold cream like my grandmother or peppermint soap i swear to god i do not buy expensive products for my skin i rarely wash my face every day i kid you not like i walk i wash with water when i take my baths water splash of water like when i exercise my skin when you sweat that sweat is is pushing out the toxins out of your pores when i get done exercising i come home and i bathe water water i'm not spending money on no no products like that i'm old school i might use peppermint soap occasionally i may use Pond's cold cream or aloe vera i buy the actual aloe vera from the supermarket i cut it open and i might smooth it that's once in a while i don't do this ---- every day when you got the anointing of the good lord over you and you have no toxic people in your life your skin will glow beautifully you will not look old you will look fresh young youthful rejuvenated so on the real whoever or whatever is stressing you get that ---- up out of your life so you can get back to taking good care of yourself all right it's been a spiritual whistleblower take care guys love you
