can be anything you want to be if you who we are as Texans they are enshrined as our in our Texas Constitution as being essential to our liberties they are Friday Night Lights they are the biggest employer in so many of our counties right and they're barely hanging on they are barely hanging on and when I am governor on day one I will fire Mike Morath the Texas listen I'm sure he's a nice man don't get me wrong but he he has put us on the wrong track we need to appoint an educator to be our Texas Education Agency Commissioner corrupt vendor contracts and use that money to pay our teachers to be amongst accountability system that is based on a real bill that brings true accountability to our public schools if you are a public school teacher or if you work in a public school bless you and what i have seen is that texans are struggling in a way i have never seen before i come across texans having to donate plasma two to three times a week as a second job middle class texans teachers standing in line at the plasma center before the doors open just to make enough money to make ends meet and pay their bills there is no shame in doing that because texans will do whatever it takes to provide for our families shouldn't take that fifteen hundred dollars to every texas household unlike trump's plan we actually have the money in austin it's in the rainy day fund we take it back down to historic levels send the rest to the people texas because that money doesn't belong to the politicians it belongs to the people and make sure the corporations including the data centers pay every texas child has quality health care ensure children of any state in america it is a sin we can do better and we will do better when i am governor see the doctors we need get the medication we need i will ban bad faith denials in the state of texas asking for handouts and nobody here is asking for handouts no we're asking for what we already paid for to us are they we have to take action is about before it's those little that we can each and every one of us do to run up the score in San Antonio because we have a chance in a generation in this moment in history that we all feel deep in our souls that we are in it is a moment we did not ask to be in But it is a moment that has chosen us, each and every one of us. And in this moment in history, we are each and every one of us called to do everything we can to meet this moment.
