Daily Jam's Harvest Hash Bowl

So we have our roasted maple, sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, green apples, and then we're going to top it with some cheddar jack cheese. Ooh, okay. And I'm going to do the bacon last for you. Thank you, sir. You can do bacon. I'm like, Lori's going to take all the bacon, okay? So is this something that will be on your catering menu? It can be. We really are really good about adapting our catering menu to our guests' needs. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free. We have a lot of different options. Yeah, so we're really excited about that as well as we have a new location expansion oh where new location troy michigan there we go if you're out in troy you can experience the deliciousness of daily jam very exciting so how many locations do you have in total right now right now we have three relocation to come and the very first one tempe arizona tempe arizona and i think it was that We decided to bring it to Farmington Hills, branch to Grosse Pointe, and now we're going to hit Troy next. So why Arizona? Arizona, the people that opened that up, we brought the franchise here. It's right on Mill Street in Arizona, college town. So you're getting a lot of the college kids coming in for brunch? For college kids, we're getting a lot of businesses and growing families in the Farmington Hills and Grosse Pointe locations, so it's really a win-win. Nice. Very good. Winning even more with the Troy location. Absolutely. So have you added a little something with the bacon? We have. This is our billionaire bacon. Oh, there you go, Lori. Sorry. Billionaire bacon. It is a sweet and spicy blend of bacon. It is a thicker cut than the bacon that you might have had earlier. um it is with a little bit of red pepper flakes brown sugar a lot of yumminess i see a lot of sweet and savory in your menu items here yes yes not mad at it nice combo so that you can't go wrong cannot go wrong it's just so far away i mean we'll get you some bacon later right right what's when people come in for brunch yes what is the thing that they're ordering the most I would say our top three items, the Chipotle egg burrito, very, very popular. That is a little more savory, obviously. The Eddie's breakfast tacos are very good. They're on a corn tortilla, gluten-free. Okay. With a lot of dietary needs these days, we really try and aim to please all of our guests. Yes. The stuffed French toast is also very good. Oh, that's good. What's your favorite thing to make on the menu? We'll probably say our pear and Havarti milk. Okay, now is that a sandwich? Yes, it's a sandwich. It's a pear on it, so it has that fruit option that might throw you off a little bit, but once you try it, you'll love it. Is that just your favorite thing to make or eat as well? Both. Both? Same answer? Okay. We like that. Pear Havarti. And this hash is looking good. Now, how long are we going to cook the eggs? Just a little over medium. Just a little over medium? Okay. Do you like them runny? I'm a scramble. We both scramble. We try new things. Well, however you do it, Chef. We're going to try it. You do your thing, and we're going to enjoy it.
