Oliver and Cassi, a co-dependent couple in Brooklyn, are facing a major crossroads: their lease is up, and they must decide whether to renew it or break up after five years. To figure things out, they spend the day apart, meandering through New York City with their respective best friends. Through a series of witty, rambling, and self-absorbed conversations about life, love, and their own perceived flaws, this mumblecore comedy-drama explores modern relationships, millennial angst, and the nature of narcissism.
