(601) Beautiful & Vibrant Balloon Acrylic Dip Technique

Hi everyone, in this video I decided to use the balloon acrylic dip technique!

Follow along!

I wanted to create a painting using a color palette I've never used before, so I chose beautiful vibrant acrylic colors: light blue, dark blue, yellow and orange! 🙂
I painted the background white and turquoise and I decided not to add a white base of paint. I wanted to see what it would look like without it! I poured the different colors on the canvas and dipped the balloon in the paint to create the flower patterns. The flowers didn’t look quite right though, I think it’s because of the lack of a base coat!

I also did a set of coasters with the base coat, and they turned out great! I think the base coat is necessary to get nice flowers with this dip technique! 🤗

I hope you enjoyed this video!
