Black and White Photography - "Vince Burton" | Photographer Platform

Burton has always had a strong fascination with nature. When given his first camera, it was no surprise that he focussed it on wildlife.

While staying in tents in Masai Mara he witnessed some amazing wildlife events. Just like the "Big Cat Diary" he observed the behaviour of several families and individuals.

Lately his adventures have taken him to Alaska, where he camped out and photographed Brown Bears during the Salmon run.

Having witnessed so much, he has seen how our desire for wealth and resources is forcing nature into ever smaller pockets of natural environments, or "nature reserves", to survive in. This had led Burton towards wanting to use his imagery to help educate and inspire people, to preserve the amazing natural world that we are so rapidly destroying.
