Octavianus Augustus Caesar - S.P.Q.R - Epic Roman Music

There was a time when the world trembled beneath the wings of Rome.
When the Republic bled itself dry, and from that storm rose one man Octavianus, heir of Julius Caesar, who would become Augustus, the first Emperor of Rome.
This track is a story told through sound the whisper of the Mediterranean, the clash of iron and oars, the chant of legions returning from war.
It is Epic Roman Music, written as if the sea itself sang of empire the eternal tide that witnessed the death of the Republic and the birth of Imperium.
I wanted this piece to feel ancient and human not polished, not perfect but alive.
It’s music for those who still feel the pull of history who hear the sea and think of ships at Actium, who see ruins and imagine banners of crimson and gold.
Rome was not built in silence, and neither was her memory.
The Eternal Sea remembers every name and it whispers one above all others - Augustus.
