Former federal prosecutor, Jim Trusty, joined NTD's Steve Lance, to discuss the implications of the superceding indictment of Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro, and his wife, Cilia Flores, of a count of conspiracy to commit torture of Americans held in Venezuela.
