Crispy Shrimp Fritters Loaded With Shrimp

These shrimp fritters are packed with juicy shrimp, seasoned with Jamaican flavours, and fried until golden brown with crispy, crunchy edges.
I'll show you how I use two different cuts of shrimp to get flavour throughout every fritter, build up the aromatics, and adjust the batter to get the texture I want. I'll also share a softer version for those who prefer their fritters a little lighter.
Simple ingredients, plenty of shrimp, and lots of flavour!
Nuff love, bless up!
