(638) Brilliant Blue Geode Style Acrylic Pour
How to create a dreamy geode style acrylic pour using a utensil container.
Follow along,
Today I am filming from my new area, I still have a lot of organizing to do so I'm just using a few of my supplies today. I'm using a utensil container for my acrylic pour paints and my canvas is 14 x 18 inches. My acrylic paints are different shades of blue premixed with Sargent Art Gloss Medium and water. I really like the Sergent Art Gloss Medium when I don't want cells in my acrylic pour, and when I do want cells I use Floetrol which works for me. I find that using this container helps me achieve the geode style I'm looking for! It gives some really nice lines and striations in my paint. Once my paints had been poured, I tilted my canvas until I was happy with the geode style pattern.
