Former governor's aide LaMar Cook charged with SNAP fraud while awaiting drug trafficking trial

LaMar Cook, a former aide to Gov. Maura Healey, appeared in federal court Wednesday after being arrested on charges of fraudulently receiving SNAP benefits while already out on pretrial release in another criminal case.
