1/2 cup non-fat dry milk powder
1/3 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
3 ounces white chocolate, chopped fine
2/3 cup powdered sugar, or as much as 1 cup
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Few grinds of white pepper

Combine milk powder and non-dairy creamer. Place on a parchment-lined sheet and bake in 300-degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Stir the mixture after five minutes. Take it out once it’s lightly browned, but don’t let it burn.

Carefully put powders back into a bowl and allow them to cool completely. Once cooled, add vanilla. Mix with a fork or your CLEAN fingers to break up the clumps in the powder and incorporate vanilla.

Grab a 16 oz. mason jar. Pour in your powdered, chopped white chocolate, and powdered sugar. Finish with a pinch of salt. Shake well to combine! Store in the fridge, it should keep for about a year.

To use: Place 1-2 TBL of mix into the bottom of a coffee carafe. Pour on 1/3 cup of hot water, milk, black tea, or coffee. Stir to dissolve. Add the rest of the liquid. Pump the carafe a few times to get it frothy. Serve.
