Make Ice Cream From POKEMON SCARLET/VIOLET, Or Don't, IDC

The Paldea region is home to many treats, one of them being ICE CREAM. In this video I make five different flavors of ice cream from the game using one simple recipe.

Ingredients:
Ice cream base:
2 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Strawberry ice cream:
10 strawberries, hulled
1 tsp lemon juice
Pink gel color, optional

Mango ice cream:
1/4 cup mango
1 tsp lemon juice

Mint chip ice cream:
Mint extract, to taste
1/4 cup chopped chocolate
Green gel color

Fizzy Pop ice cream:
1/2 package blue drink mix
Pop rocks, to serve

Nacli Salt ice cream
1 TBL cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Pop rocks and Maldon salt, to serve


For ice cream base: Whip up the cream to stiff peaks. Fold in the condensed milk.

For strawberry ice cream: Mash or blend strawberries. Add lemon juice and gel color. Fold into 1 cup of the ice cream base. Pour into a sealed container and freeze for 4-8 hours.

For mango ice cream: Mash or blend mango. Add lemon juice. Fold into 1 cup of the ice cream base. Pour into a sealed container and freeze for 4-8 hours.

For mint chip ice cream: Place 1 cup of ice cream base in a bowl. Fold in mint extract and gel color. Fold in chocolate. Pour into a sealed container and freeze for 4-8 hours.

For Nacli Salt ice cream: Place 1 cup of ice cream base in a bowl. Mix cocoa powder into two tablespoons of base. Fold this into the base. Pour into a sealed container and freeze for 4-8 hours.

For fizzy pop ice cream: Place 1 cup of ice cream base in a bowl. Sprinkle some blue drink mix into the base, no more than 1/2 tsp. Pour into a sealed container and freeze for 4-8 hours.

To serve: Scoop ice cream into cones and serve immediately. For Nacli salt ice cream, finish with a little Maldon salt. For Fizzy Pop ice cream, finish by sprinkling with pop rocks.
