Ingredients:

1 large hunk of chuck steak
1/4 cup red wine
1 bay leaves
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt+pepper, as needed

Onion Pizza

For dough:
11 ounces bread flour
8 ounces water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast

For sauce:
2 TBL butter
1 TBL flour
3/4 cups milk
1 garlic clove
Salt+pepper, to taste

Dragon Tail Soup:
1 ox tail
2 tsp olive oil
2/12 cups chicken broth
1/2 onion
3 cloves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 parsnip, peeled and diced
Soy Sauce
Sherry vinegar or lemon juice
Salt+pepper, as needed
