Okan Yilmaz was born in Turkey in 1967. He is a Mechanical Engineer, married with 2 children.

This collection of images form part of his OMM portfolio - showcasing his images from the OMM (Odunpazari Modern Museum) a modern art museum that inspired his photography.

His interest in visual arts started with painting in his school years. While taking a break from painting during his university years, he turned to photography.

With the possibilities offered by digital technologies in the field of photography, it started to become an active interest area for Yilmaz. This trend turned into a passion over time.

Yilmaz has been taking photos intensely since 2002.
