Homemade Reese’s McFlurry - Edition 20736-1

We have a little bit of rock salt, and this is a technique that you can do at home. So we're going to put this on here because we want it to get really, really cold, and it's a chemical reaction. Place a plastic bag, and we're going to fill it up with just whole milk. And seeing that we're making ice cream, guess what? We need a little bit of sugar as well, so we're going to dump that right in. Pick up your bag. You need to, of course, seal it. And with this chemical reaction, it's going to take about 10 minutes. So make sure everything's mixed, and we're going to place it right on our ice with the salt. But now, on to the next step. Add some beautiful caramel. Put it on a baking sheet and do a little zigzag pattern for yourself. Guys, does this not look absolutely amazing? Look at the color. Awesome. Okay, so here's the cool thing. Get you some Reese's Minis. What we're going to do is just going to put it on top. Make sure that you spread them out. And so what we're going to be making is a little cookie. And then for me, I love salty sweet. Adding some pretzels here. and so now we have the salty sweet aspect not finished quite yet though and it's going to start with this there we go make a little cut there do the same thing here what we're going to do we're going to grab we're going to twist grab your toothpick and then we're going to go right from the top now we're going to do the same exact thing with this side i'm going to cut off the back end we're going to cut off the front end just like so now come over and follow with me i have my brown sugar we're just going to make a little bit of a line and we're going to place this directly on and so what it's going to do is going to actually caramelize and then we'll turn it so this one's already caramelized on the bottom so now i'm going to turn this and you can see what it looks like so now we're just going to continue cooking this and then we'll flip it over in just a little bit it's done right there and now it's time for assembly okay so now it is time to finish off So we have our ice cream. So you're going to go about three-fourths of the way up. I'm going to do it on all three. I'm going to take a little bit of whipped cream. I'm going to go right over the top. And we're not done yet. I'm going to take peanut butter, guys. We're just going to go right over the top. Oh, it looks absolutely amazing. Move on back. So all you got to do now is just start placing those on top. And put that right into the whipped cream. And place that right there. And guys, you just made a great dessert.
