My Garden Plan Is Coming to Life! 🌸 Planting Hydrangeas & Azaleas in the Fall

Of course, a garden plan on paper and seeing the plants actually sitting in the landscape are two very different things! 😂 Before long, I’m moving plants around, digging up a rose, relocating my Little Hottie Hydrangea, planting the Spring Sizzle Hydrangea, removing phlox and making a few changes to the original design.
