In today's video, I'm going to a longtime customers house who had a couple of complaints, one of those was a loud noise when the system shuts off, and the other was that it didn't seem to be keeping up when the temperature is outside got above 90°. The loud noise was easy to diagnose and find, but the reason for her system not keeping up was actually quite complicated and it could've been multiple things I go through the diagnosis step-by-step to make sure that we fix it right the first time.
