In today's video, I take you along on a service call where the customer told me that his system had frozen up a couple days before I got there. I checked everything out. I cleaned up his system and washed the coils, cleaned the blower wheel and still there was a suspicion that maybe the blower had stopped. So I'll check to see if the ECM motor was under warranty and it was customer approved the labor to replace the motor under warranty came back and replaced the motor. System is doing fine at this time and hopefully it won't freeze up again.
