Born Into the Wild | wildlife documentary
What does life look like for a wild rabbit from the moment her babies are born?
This wildlife documentary follows one mother European rabbit through the final days of pregnancy, nest preparation, birth, and the remarkable early development of her three newborn kits.
From a quiet nest hidden beneath the grass, we follow their journey as they begin life almost completely hairless and unable to see, depending entirely on their mother for warmth and nourishment. As the days pass, their bodies grow stronger, their fur develops, their eyes begin to open, and eventually they take their first steps into the outside world.
